Medical and Hospitalization
No gatekeeper, see the doctor you wish. 100% hospitalization. PPO or POS-- benefits provided for both in-network and out-of-network. Coverage is available for spouses/domestic partners and eligible dependent children.
Vision Care
$10 co-pay for exams in-network. Discounts are available for exams, glasses, and/or contacts. PPO-- benefits provided for both in-network and out-of-network. Coverage is available for spouses/domestic partners and eligible dependent children.
Dental Care
Employee and each dependent have $2,000 of coverage annually. PDP-- benefits provided for both in-network and out-of-network. Coverage is available for spouses/domestic partners and eligible dependent children.
Life Insurance
Life Insurance and AD&D at 2 times salary to maximum of $400,000. Voluntary Supplemental is available.
Disability
If an employee is unable to work for an extended period of time, he/she is eligible for: Short Term Disability - 7 day waiting period, 60% of salary up to $2,000 weekly maximum; Long Term Disability - 90 day waiting period. Coverage is equal to 60% of salary up to a maximum monthly benefit of $10,000. Voluntary Supplemental is available.

401(k) Savings Plan
Employees can contribute up to 15% of salary on a pre-tax basis. XM matches 50% of employee's contributions up to 6% of salary. The match is 100% vested immediately upon enrollment.
Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP)
XM Employees can purchase XM stock at 85% of the fair market value. Deductions are in a flat dollar amount or percentage of compensation per pay period with maximum contribution of $21,250 annually.
Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account
Allows you to lower your taxable income by reimbursing eligible day care and elder care expenses on a pre-tax basis-up to $5,000 per year.
Health Care Flexible Spending Account
Lowers your taxable income by reimbursing eligible out-of-pocket medical, dental, and vision care expenses on a pre-tax basis-up to $5,000 per year. |
